Canola wax

The canola wax we use is ecologically responsible wax. This canola wax comes from Europe and is grown without herbicides and pesticides and is not genetically manipulated, unlike the soybeans (soy wax) from Argentina and Brazil, which often require entire rainforests to be cut down, and where the beans are often genetically manipulated.

Our candles are 100% vegetable, and therefore vegan. In addition, the canola wax we use for our candles is biodegradable and non-toxic. It is also the case that canola wax candles burn 30% to 45% longer compared to paraffin candles. That means that you can enjoy a candle many times longer. In addition to these advantages, we also find it very pleasant that the soy candles emit virtually no visible smoke and hardly any soot.

Soot also contains carcinogenic substances, such as benzene, which can have a bad influence on your health. Canola wax causes fewer allergic reactions than paraffin. Canola wax candles have a longer, faster and more even scent diffusion than paraffin candles.
